Elizabeth House scheme in Waterloo - due to start next year

HB Reavis got the planning green light for its 1.2m sq ft Elizabeth House scheme next to Waterloo train station in London and are looking forward to stating construction in 2020.

The vast complex is designed by architects AHMM and will include offices, retail space and a transformed public realm. Plans include a stunning one-acre garden promenade, this will be elevated above street level and be directly connected to the Waterloo Station concourse. Below the garden the Waterloo Curve will provide a major new pedestrian street which will be lined with shops and cafés.
