Bouygues is understood to be in pole position to win the job to build a £25m graduate centre in London's
East End with lecture theatres and accommodation. The centre is planned at the University of London’s Queen Mary College campus in Mile End as part of an expansion scheme. McLaren Construction and Morgan Sindall also submitted bids for the university building. The Wilkinson Eyre designed building will house new facilities for the School of Economics and Finance, student services and a 200 seater lecture theatre and a range of seminar and large lecture spaces.
